Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I need to Cancel?: Deposit is fully refundable if canceled within 30 days of scheduled event. If short notice cancelation is made, deposit will not be refunded but can be used towards another available date for up to 6 months.
Can I get a refund on my deposit?: NO REFUNDS on deposits. If you decide to postpone your event we will try our best to accommodate. If you choose to cancel your event, you MUST give us at least two weeks notice and we will hold your deposit as a full credit for up to 6 months. Credits may be used for any produce or services offered by WAKE Farms directly.
What happens if it rains?: You can choose to have the party despite the rain, in which case we may be able to move the party to our barn under a solid roof—depending on the amount of guests booked for the party.
If given advanced notice, we can reschedule the party to a different date.
Disclaimer: We reserve the right to cancel services for circumstances beyond our control (Animal illness, equipment failure or sick employees) or due to extreme heat or extreme cold during summer and winter or when the weather could risk the health of our animals.
You will receive a full refund of your paid deposit.
